On Tuesday afternoons when the library is closed, access will be via the rear accessible entrance.

The temporary hub in the library will remain open while work is underway to install the permanent hub inside the Co-op. Finding a site with long-term availability that satisfies the necessary criteria including size, condition and location can take several months. We are delighted to have reached an agreement with the Co-op to takeover unused space in their premises and find a location which meets all accessibility requirements, offers up to two hours free parking and is only a short distance from the high street.

My bank doesn't provide a community banker service at this hub. Can I still use the hub?
Yes. Customers of all major banks and building societies can access cash services from the Post Office counter service, whenever the hub is open:
- pay in cash (notes and coin) and cheques
- withdraw cash (notes and coin)
- check your balance
- pay utility bills
- top up your gas and electricity
- access change-giving services (for registered businesses)
Why isn't my bank providing a community banker service at this hub?

Community bankers are usually provided by the banks with the
most customers in the local area.
Can I only use the hub on the day my community banker is present?
No. Customers of all major banks and building societies can access cash services from the Post Office counter service, whenever the hub is open:

- withdraw cash (notes and coin)
- check your balance
- pay utility bills
- top up your gas and electricity
- access change-giving services (for registered businesses)
You can also talk to a community banker from your bank on the day your bank is in the hub. There is a private space where you can talk face-to-face about more complicated banking enquiries like payments and transfers, managing your account, and how to use online banking.
