Heywood temporary Banking Hub opens

A new temporary banking hub has opened in Heywood. Located in the Post Office, 48-50 Market Street. It will be open five days a week and will remain available until the new permanent Banking Hub opens.

It offers a counter service operated by the Post Office, where customers of all major banks can carry out regular cash transactions, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. It also offers a Community Banker service where customers can talk to their own bank about more complicated issues on the day their bank is in the Hub:

Monday: Santander

Tuesday: Barclays

Wednesday: Halifax

Thursday: NatWest

Friday: HSBC (coming soon)

While the temporary Hub is up and running today, Cash Access UK can confirm it is currently working to secure a permanent home for the Banking Hub. In the coming months, they will provide updates and the Hub opening today will remain open until the permanent Hub is up and running. Local residents can also check for updates on our website.
