South Elmsall: West Yorkshire's 7th banking hub opens

West Yorkshire's 7th banking hub has opened in South Elmsall, located in a temporary home in the Westfield Centre.

There are four more hubs planned for West Yorkshire in Armley, Horsforth, Normanton, and Wetherby.   

The hub offers a counter service operated by the Post Office, where customers of all major banks can carry out regular cash transactions, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. It also offers a community banker service where customers can talk to their own bank about more complicated issues on the day their bank is in the hub: 

Monday: Halifax (coming soon)

Tuesday: HSBC

Wednesday: Barclays

Thursday: NatWest

Friday: Lloyds (coming soon)

While the hub in South Elmsall is up and running today, Cash Access UK can confirm it is currently working to secure a long term home for the banking hub which will offer the same services. Local residents can check for updates on our website.
