Temporary Banking Hub opens in Enfield North
Enfield North has a new banking hub, located in a temporary home in the Ordnance Unity Centre Library on Hertford Road.
On Friday 17 January, the library are holding an event to celebrate the launch of the hub. Everyone is welcome to come along and find out more about the services available.
The temporary Hub will be open five days a week and will remain available until the new permanent Banking Hub opens. It offers a counter service operated by the Post Office, where customers of all major banks can carry out regular cash transactions, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. It also offers a Community Banker service where customers can talk to their own bank about more complicated issues on the day their bank is in the Hub:
Monday: Halifax
Tuesday: NatWest
Wednesday: Barclays
Thursday: Santander
Friday: HSBC
Community bankers from HSBC and Lloyds will be available in the hub on Fridays (morning and afternoons respectively) soon.
While the temporary Hub is up and running today, Cash Access UK can confirm it is currently working to secure a permanent home for the Banking Hub. In the coming months, we will provide updates and the Hub opening today will remain open until the permanent Hub is up and running. Local residents can check for updates on our website.
